We’ve called the Treasure Valley home for most of our lives, so when our friends over at Northwest Fresh Cuts gave us the opportunity to open our own produce preparation company, Boise was the obvious choice.  

Carlos has a deep history of growing and selling herbs in the Treasure Valley and throughout the region.  He enjoys being outdoors, whether in his yard or at the lake.  

Andrea’s experience is in food service and entrepreneurship.  She looks forward to spending time in the garden and with family.
